If you connect to find that one or more of your characters are missing, there are a few possible explanations.
Please verify that you are on the correct subscription, if you have multiple subscriptions the character you are searching for might be elsewhere. If you contact us at account@anarchy-online.com we can assist in recovering old accounts. You can also try recovering accounts here:
In March of 2010 we performed a character and name cleanup. Characters level 5 or below, and inactive for more than 1 full year, were deleted. It is no longer possible to recover characters deleted during the cleanup.
If you are using the correct account and are still unable to find your character please contact us. If the character was deleted a GM may be able to recover it for you. Please include the name of the character you are missing. If you forgot the spelling a name don't lose hope, GM will be happy to check any variations you include in your message!
